Windos Security says Action Needed when no action is needed

I have ESET Smart Security Premium installed on my Windows 11 PC. The Windows Security icon has a white X on a red circle on it. If I open it it says Action Needed when no action is needed and ESET says everything is fine. There was an identical issue at Windows Security icon issue but that thread is closed.
