Windos 10 update issue

I have 3 Pc's running windows 10. Today, 2 of them updated with 3 bulletins (KB5048239, KB5046613, and the malware removal tool 5.130 of KB890830). The updates to the 3rd PC are what this query is about.The relevant machine is a toshiba C665 laptop, was running win7, updated to win 10 last April 2024. It's been updated regularly with bulletins released by MS every month. But today, checking the update history on that machine after the update cycle, I noted that KB8239 had not been applied, and that the malware removal tool seems not to have been applied in the OS update or in the months sinc
