win32k power watchdog timeout in windows 11 + minidump file

Hello, for about a week I have been experiencing a specific blue screen error on Windows 11. The blue screen has a stop code of WIN32K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT. I have tried installing both new and old graphics drivers, however I am unsure if that is the cause since I still have this issue.The minidump file is here: 082223-53953-01.dmp
