Win32K PoWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT ERROR

Hi ,I am getting this BSOD error when trying to wake up the laptop from sleep and connected to external monitors. I had this error come up before and i have updated the display driver. The error goes away for few days and but comes back again. Anyone able to assist in resolving permanently. Laptop model is Lenovo X1 Carbon 10 Gen
