Win11SDK_10.0.22621 or any windows SDK is not installing for my windows 11 pc. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I already consulted help from Visual Studios Developer Community and we came into a conclusion that my Windows 11 has some sort of problem that i could not install any type of windows SDK and it returns an error of "Package 'Win11SDK_10.0.22621,version=10.0.22621.4,productarch=neutral' failed to install." or even on other windows SDK versions that i downloaded it still failed to install. We came unto this conclusion since we have already tried a lot of methods to fix this but it did not do anything, I also installed windows 10 in my pc (while having windows 11 [dual boot]) and when I downloade
