Win11 RDP working on one account but not the other - credentials did not work

I have two user accounts both MS Live login accounts.But even though locally i can use both accounts only of the accounts accepts the credentials remotely.I Keep getting credentials did not work on the problematic one.Even though they are correctChecked firewall, checked rdp permissions checked credential manager checked policies.Pretty much none of it resolves this issue.Does anybody know what else to check?Thanks
