Win11 PC with Sleep/Hibernate Problems - The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f

I have a new Win11 home Dell XPS 8960 w/i9k, 32gig ram, nvidia 4070. Since I received it I had issues with sleep. Sometimes when it goes into hibernate (or maybe sleep) it dies. I know this because when I restart it does a full boot and the boot manager asks if I want to repair or restart.I have updated all drivers, programs and OS patches.I have these error:Windows stopped working: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
