I have a client who I think previously had his laptop connected to a server/domain, and the drive was encrypted.His laptop is NOT asking for a password, or even giving a password option - it is ONLY asking for a pin number, and his pin# isn't working.I tried booting into recovery, but his drive is encrypted and he doesn't have the encryption key. He also stated that he thought when we first setup the laptop, that he used a "fake email address", but that honestly doesn't make any sense to me, because he would be required to authenicate with a Microsoft account (so he would have to have access
