Win11 Live Captions cannot show up properly

Hi, I updated my os to win11 22H2 recently, and I tried to launch Live captions on my laptop. But the issue is that the panel of Live captions can only show up for 2 seconds, and then the whole panel will disappear and only leave an empty space on the top of my desktop. There is no error info for this. I tried many times but still cannot launch this app. Always, shows up for a few seconds and then be closed automatically. How could I fix this? Thank you.
