Win11 laptop can't find bluetooth headset

Suddenly my laptop can't find my bluetooth headset (which I have been using with the same laptop for ages). I can connect to it with my Android phone without any problems, but Windows just says "Connecting... Not connected." I have tried removing the device, but now it doesn't even show up in the device list. I can connect to my wireless speakers, so Bluetooth is working. My system has the latest update installed (24H2, KB5051987). Any ideas how to fix this?
