Win11 2nd Install results in Severe instability

Hello all,So i did a fresh os install on one ssd using mediacreationtool. i had a win11 profile corruption on another ssd. Now once i set up the new os and got to desktop, one drive,file explorer and everything inbetween will either dissappear, not save, and/or ui even bugs out. I've never had such problems with win10 untill upgrading once to 24h2 then to 24h3. How is this still a problem? Seems like the registry,file explorer and user profiles will not talk to eachother. anyone figure this out?
