I encountered NETIO.sys - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen problems when using my lenovo laptop.It usually happens when the system has been running for several hours and after the BSOD reboot my speaker, microphone would gone too. I have to reboot a second time to make my speaker and microphone work again. If i instantly click the right-bottom volume button when the speaker is not working after the BSOD reboot, it may crash again.
