Win10 Ver 22H2 Successfully Installed 13/12/2022. However, Win10 Update Keeps trying to install again and failing! (20+ times now)

My Problem is:Unable to stop Windows 10 Update from trying the same operation over and over again with a fail message of:Feature update to Windows 10 version 22H2 Failed to install on 07/09/2023 - 0x8007001fHave tried all the fixes detailed under WSUS Troubleshooting but now at the point of re-install OS on bare metal. Just wanted to know if others have had the same?My OS Reports Current Version as: Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎28/‎10/‎2021 OS build 19045.3208 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0 NB: Quality Updates reports:2023-08 Cumulative Update
