Win10 update

Hi .Before 4 days my freind reinstall win10 used usb I loked inside update history (quality update had 5 updates ) Today he come becuz had virus from app i downloaded , so he reinstall win10 from usb .Now I found in quality update 7 updates not 5 like first one .My question is there something wrong with windows and why installing 5 updates for quality first time and now have 7 updates ?
