Win10, Right click on pinned programs in Start Menu no longer have file list

I'm pretty sure this occured after the latest update (which is actually four updates). I removed all four updates and the right click latest file function is still not there. The update was: March 25, 2025-KB5055063 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 - Microsoft SupportThe first update removed as listed is KB5054978. I lost track of the other 3 updates installed at the same time.THIS IS THE EXACT MAIN REASON I WOULDN'T GO TO WINDOWS 11!!!!
