Win10 Desktop cannot see my FireTV stick as a Wireless Display, what can I do to fix this?

Both my Win10 Desktop and FireTV stick are on the same wifi and are less than 5ft apart.I can:- use the "Win + k" to see the connect tab, but it never picks up the fireTV stick as a wireless display-connect to my samsung smartTV with no problems-connect to my fireTV stick as a wireless display with my win11 laptop (no issues)I have tried:-checked Miracast: Available, no HDCP-used "netsh wlan show drivers" command in CMD to verify that wireless display is supported through graphics and wifi driver-updating my wifi card driver-updating my Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter driver-disabling f
