Win + V (clipboard history) not displaying copied text

Hello, I use Win + V every day. It is very useful. I noticed it stopped working right after installing the most recent Windows update "2024-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043178)". The Problem:I copy text, and when I press Win + V, the text does not show up as copied. I can use the snipping tool as usual, but the snipped images also don't come up anymore in the clipboard history window. Right click + copy (on anything_ does not show up in the window.
