WIN key restarts file explorer

Never happened for 2 years but happened recently today, whenever I press my Windows key, it decides to not open at all but refreshes/restarts my file explorer instead, its very annoying when I try to press my WIN key to check other programs when I'm currently in a full screened one and it just bugs out everything instead. I'm able to search things up with the search bar but I cant even open the startup menu at all. The image below is an example of what happens whenever I press the WIN key (The grey part is the taskbar), it doesn't close the currently opened programs but it stops me from doing
