Why won't Microsoft Support tell me how to do a simple export between Windows Essentials Live Mail and Outlook 2013 (which I eventually found out by exporting the email in Live mail using Windows Exchange format and having both programs running at the same time) without having to pay 100.00 dollars for Premium support. ALL the chat people refused to tell me by playing stupid or They simply don't Know.
It took me 4 hours to figure it out on my own through trial and error.
This, to me, is Poor and un-ethical in my opinion.
