WIN 8.1 browser problem

Happy New Year to all!I have made an false action on my WIN 8.1 PC and LENOVO system deleted all my applications like Firefox WS Office, etc....; Now, I don't have any browser to access internet and I'm unable to overpass Lenovo screen. Do I still have an access to WINDOWS software on my PC?Thank you for any suggestion.Anna
