We were promised these last Updates. All 4 Downloaded on 19 January, but KB4534310 [Monthly Quality Rollup] failed. Today, Win Update tried again and the Download stayed at 0% - nothing for half an hour before I terminated it. So I downloaded it from the Catalog, and the Standalone Installer just hung "searching"; it doesn't seem to be able to do anything with this Update. And I know it isn't my new anti-virus, because the others worked when it was on. Any solutions, please?
