Win 11 will not activate on new Dell Optiplex. Error: 0x004f211

I have a new Dell Optiplex 3000. Set up today and got the error that Win 11 was not activated because of hardware change. This machine is right out of the box; hooked up monitor, keyboard and mouse.Troubleshooter was no help.I used an app to pull the code so I could re-enter it. Said it was not a valid code.I am suspicious that there is no Microsoft sticker anywhere on the machine. (Purchased from Amazon)
