WIN 11 Reinstall Problem

Guided by MSN Help, I downloaded the .iso and waited for the paint to dry. After ages, the "Updates" feature kicked in. Then up came HP Splash Screen, THEN a message:"Undoing changes made to your computer"After half an hour, HP Splash Screen and the cursor chasing its tail.I've had to Reinstall many times, I've never had this happen before. I'm not waiting for the finish to report this [on my office pc].Someone wise told me that I should always create a Restore Point before MSN Downloads and not rely on the MSN Restore Point.
