Win 11 Pro Mouse Problem

Have a new Win 11 Pro PC. Having a problem with double left click sensitivity using the mouse when double clicking on destop icons. Right clicking on a desktop icon then clicking on open works fine. Ordered a new Logitech Wireless mouse and the double left click sensitivity is very poor. Thought it was being caused by a problem with the mouse or unifying receiver. Switched the mouse and receiver out with 3 other mouse and receivers I have on my Win 10 PCs. Same results. Even tried a wired mouse and the result was the same.
