Win 11 on Surface Pro 7 will not finish install ERROR: "Windows could not finish installing..."

I did the steps to reset my Surface Pro 7 (Win 11) and now it's stuck on the BLACK SCREEN with PREPARING or JUST A MOMENT... I have tried everything I can think of and/or research. A little help?
