Win 11 network is extremely slow

It started downloading things at a rate of only about 600 kbps after I updated my old computer with an i7 cpu and a 4060 gpu. I’m not sure if that’s the case before I replaced those gpu and cpu because this computer was used by my family and I never pay attention to that.How do I fix that?
