Win 11 keeps freezing (including time) on Asus VivoBook 15

I just typed an insanely long and detailed question and the webpage just reloaded as I tried to highlight a portion of the text and everything I typed is now lost… so I’ll type again as much as I canI’ve been having freezing issues with the laptop I recently bought, Asus VivoBook 15 with an intel core i5 processor 8Gb RAM and a 500gb SSDThe freezing seems to happen totally randomly.
