Win 11 File Explorer Ribbon is a Bit Off...

A while ago I posted about the error of Win 10 Touch Screen Keyboard. Apparently no issue fixed and it forced me to update to Win 11. Man, my device is still running on 8GB RAM, it sucks.No problem occurred until few days later, my File Explorer have an issue.The "See more" on it's Action Bar or Ribbon always scrolls up. It won't scroll down no matter where I move my FE window. Even a small problem really hinders people work.I have been posted this issue on Re*dit but my post was deleted due to duplicated post.
