Win 11 enabled Bitlocker on my drive and it is not found in Microsoft not able to get in windows? Need Data recovered

Hi, Windows 11 update BitLocker on my drive. Suddenly I am not able to log in startup repair doesn't work. SFC/Scannow doesn't work. chkdsk command doesn't work. I checked my Microsoft account I can see my laptop there but there is no BitLocker recovery key there. I data is crucial and cannot lose it how can I decrypt my drive any help would be appreciated. Thank You
