Win 11 corrupted. Now how to get Bitlocker recovery key for the device where encryption started automatically and recovery key is not available in wor

My windows 11 laptop showing startup error as "Interactive sign-in process initialization has failed" and i'm unable to boot the OS. i though i would simply take data backup and format the same as i dont see any other option. But when i try to take data backup i found the data drives are encrypted with bitlocker out of my knowledge and i dont have any password or recovery key for the same.I checked google and youtube and got to know Win 11 have the feature to encrypt drives and store recovery key in work/school account or personal account or in AD (if connected).
