Win 11 cannot find the camera upon startup

Upgraded from Win10 yesterday. Win10 was successfully using camera for signin upon startup. Win11 cannot find the camera. It is an internal camera on a Bang & Olufsen HP ENVY all-in-one PC. Camera Access is on. Let apps access your camera is on. Facial recogntion (Windows Hello) is on. For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in---- is on. Best camera drivers are already installed accoring to device manager.
