(Win 11 ARM) Applications refresh every other click

On a lot of programs, sometimes when I click with my mouse on a window, the application seems to refresh, sometimes causing the click not to be registered. It's mostly been happening in games, though I've had it happen with other software too, like Krita, a drawing application. My device is a Microsoft Surface Pro 11th Edition running Windows 11 ARM that I bought ~3 months ago.
