Win 11 after Update KB5043145 all icons disapeared only names are visible, task manager doesn't open and system control panel is blank

So I did Update my Windows 11 to KB5043145 and after it every Icons disapeared... I can't access the Task Manager and I tried every solution online and in previous Community Posts.
