Win 11 24H2: Video thumbnails not showing up in Windows Explorer

I suddenly noticed I show no thumbnails for video files I used to show. They just show icons based on the default program that opens them (Movies & TV). If I change the default program it changes nothing. Every solution see either does not fix the issue or those settings are already made. Restoring default in Folder Options and all other settings solutions are not the issue This just happened recently.
