Win 11 24H2 scan issue

Since updating can't use Canon MF Scan app for scanning documents . However, I know the device is connected since I can print, and even scan using Windows Scan app, just not the MF Scan. Did all the troubleshooting steps, redownloaded and everything just can't scan. Previously no issues.
