WIN 11 24H2 explorer.exe FAULT

When I operate files (copy,paste, etc), explorer fails and the computer lost all the connected USB HDD and even bluetooth equip offlines. And if I play GTA V for a while, same fault happens, and the game frozen then terminated suddenly.Here's what i found in events log:Faulting application name: Explorer.EXE, version: 10.0.26100.2454, time stamp: 0xdc9c700eFaulting module name: msxml3.dll, version: 8.110.26100.2454, time stamp: 0xc0fb992fException code: 0xc0000005Fault offset: 0x0000000000008900
