Win 11 22H2, 23H2 and 24H2 discrepancies

Windows update shows the following Win11 history:22H2 then 23H2 then 24H2 then 23H2.Device specification shows Win11 22H2Windows update shows:2024-10 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5044033)Why am I not getting the latest Win 11 24H2 ? and have this reconciled in the notifications?
