Win 10 product key error.

Hi, I am win 10 user more than a 6 years in that laptop and accidentally got pretty bizzare issue with my key. I have a 0x80004005 error code and can't activate my windows anyway, troubleshoot can't find the problem, any thirdparty software also. The product key was on my laptop box and i threw it few years ago, so i don't have my key to activate windows again. It happeneds while I reinstall my windows, so I can't somehow find this key with cmd or sml.Thanks, appreciate that.
