Win 10 Pro transfer to a new drive.

I am running Win 10 Pro and my system disk is starting to fail 100% active constantly. I still have access but it is extremely slow. How do I transfer my Win 10 pro to a new drive? I have tried using a recovery usb but Win 10 home loaded instead of win 10 pro. How do I either start again or how do I upgrade to Win 10 pro?The new win 10 home works fine and I can still read the old system drive, which now is not running at 100% all of the time.
