Win 10 failure install

Decided to install Win over Win 7. All went well for 3-4 hours, then got notification "something went wrong." Installation failed with error 0x8007000 3 (think). Do quit. Rebooted but Windows would not boot. So with installation disk in drive tried to reinstall Win 7. Now will boot but cannot access internet due to 'missing' Network drivers but cannot get on internet to download. Now have an expensive door stop!


Suggestions?
