Win 10 crash/freeze after install nvidia driver

Need help with that sick problem, I can't play games anymore it required Win 10. When upgrading to windows 10, I downloaded the latest nvidia driver for windows 10 and windows crashes, I can't do anything, including restarting. I have to use safe mode to turn off the nvidia driver. I tried old driver versions, DDU but it didn't help. All windows 7,8,8.1 have no problem except win 10, using version 391.35. I think this is an error coming from Windows, looking at the driver log it says the device cannot be started (display), the device is not using any resources because it has an error. I think
