Will Windows Defender Get Rid of HackTool:Win32/Crack!MTB Off My PC? What Do I Do??

I accidentally installed an execution file with HackTool:Win32/Crack!MTB maleware in it and my anti viruses probably aren't getting rid of the malware. Malwarebytes shows a clear report but Windows Defender says that there are 2 detections on my PC. Defender is taking an extremely long time to get rid of the malware and I'm not sure if this will ever be removed. I don't even know what HackTool:Win32/Crack!MTB does to a PC, what else should I do and will Defender eventually remove the two copies of HackTool:Win32/Crack!MTB?EDIT: One threat was blocked, the other was quarantined but it failed.
