will resetting win 11 help with update issues

ive been having update issues on win 11ive tried many different things like troubleshooter, sfc/scannow, restore health and other things.. but nothing workson sfc, it says i had corrupted files that couldnt be fixed.so is resetting the best option to have a fully updated win 11?
