Will resetting a PC with the C and D drive letters swapped cause it to delete the wrong drive's data?

I've already talked to a Microsoft support person about a problem I've had since yesterday morning.The problem being my C and D drive letters have been swapped, and me getting the Stop Code: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE preventing me from getting further into my PC past the boot screen and recovery screen.After telling them what I've already tried, at the end they said to go to a store or something to get a WIndows 11 .iso file and use that to fully reset my PC.My main concern is the whole C and D drive letters situation.
