Will office 365 override office 2019 in february update?

Feb update will include office 365. I use office 2019 and do not want office 365. A few years ago my company tried to install 365 and we couldnt then access office 2019, so it was uninstalled and office 2019 had to be reinstalled. Will this occr again and is there someting i can do to avoid issue.
