Will my Windows 11 home edition license stay active?

I have a laptop that comes with Windows 11 Home edition pre-installed. After booting it for first time the antivirus I installed showed a Rootkit virus(dllhost.exe) in the system. I found that the only way to get rid of it, is to perform clean installation. I'm planning to use a USB stick for the work, so after installation will it be remain active or I have to purchase new license?Edit:-I have tried several antivirus programs such as Avast,AVG and Kaspersky but none of them were able to remove it.
