will my pc default to local account if i remove it from microsoft acount

hello, i have a local account on one of my PCs, i logged into a microsoft account on that pc and now my password doesnt work, so i guess its because its using a live account now, My question is, if i go to microsoft account, manage devices and remove the pc from that account, would it default to local account again after restart? thanks i have windows 10
