Will Microsoft support system help and make necessary changes in the software from Windows 10 to11 upgrade?

I have a pre-installed Windows 10 Sony Vaio laptop. Through PC Health Check Up I came to know that unless certain conditions are met there will be issues for smooth upgrade to Windows 11. My question is, if it's purely a software issue, then will Microsoft support system come forward and make necessary changes in Windows 10 set up in PCs/ laptops and provide required software inputs for Windows11 upgrade? However, I have no idea if hardware requirements are to be met before Windows 11 upgrade.
