Will I need to buy a license of Windows again after upgrading Motherboard, CPU and RAM

I have Windows 10 Professional (2009 OS Build 10.0.19045.5247) running on a Studio XPS 435T/9000.If I upgrade the motherboard, ram and CPU so that I can upgrade to Windows 11, will it require me to pay to buy a new license or will it be able to port over the same license, since the CPU is changing?
