Will I need an activation key to install windows on my new ssd?

I am going to try to make a fresh installation of windows on my pc, I do not have activation key because my pc came activated with windows and I have recently updated to windows 11. Will I be able to activate my pc because my key is saved to my device or will I need to buy a new activation key?
